The accommodation is all on the ground floor and comprises:
Living Room
Furnished with a settee, easy chairs, nest of two tables, extendable table with two chairs (two extra folding chairs available) and coal-burning stove (with safety grill). Additionally there is a Telephone, Wi-Fi broadband internet access, Stereo CD/Radio/iPOD dock, TV plus Video and DVD players.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, water immersion heater. A stable door leads out to the alley at the back of the cottage.
Double Bedroom
Equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and small armchair, plus a radio alarm. There is space for a travel cot, which can be provided if booked in advance.
Bathroom
Attractive and modern bathroom with electric shower above the bath and heated towel rail. A complementary selection of Arran Aromatics toiletries is provided.
Utility Room
Provides extra space for the washing machine, iron, ironing board, and storage space for the safety grill for stove.
Heating
Gas central heating throughout the cottage. Gas included in rental May to September, otherwise £20 per week. Starter fuel supplied for stove, further fuel available locally.
Linen
Duvets, duvet covers, bedlinen, towels and teatowels are all supplied.
Welcome Pack
A complementary welcome pack of good quality and often locally sourced items including home made preserves, tea, coffee and milk. See picture for a typical example.
