Weekly rental periods run from Friday to Friday although other letting periods may be available by arrangement. The cottage is available from 4pm on day of arrival, and guests are requested to vacate by 10am on day of departure.

Making a Booking

After checking the Availability Calendar above please contact me to confirm that the period you wish to book for is available. You can do this by phoning me directly on 01852 300040 or emailing me at kimrowswell@yahoo.co.uk

To confirm your booking a Deposit of £100 plus a completed Booking Form accepting the Terms & Conditions are required. The Final Balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £20 per week per dog.

Payment should be made by cheque payable to “Kim Rowswell” and posted to Kim Rowswell, Dunmarrock House, Balvicar, Oban, Argyll, Scotland PA34 4TE. For our foreign clients and those who do not have a cheque book, we can also accept bank transfers, please email us to arrange this if required.
